The envisionTEC R05/R11 sind präzise zu verarbeitende und funktionelle Harze, die zur Herstellung von robusten und langlebigen Bauteilen auf allen Perfactory®- und Vanquish®-Systemen eingesetzt werden.
Bei envisionTEC R05/R11 handelt es sich um flüssige, photoreaktive Acrylate mit einem großen Anwendungsspektrum, aus denen Bauteile mit hoher Oberflächengüte (Ober- und Unterseite) gefertigt werden können. Die Bauteile besitzen eine hohe Dauerfestigkeit und zeichnen sich insbesondere durch eine hohe Toleranz gegenüber Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsschwankungen während und nach dem Bauprozess aus. Sie besitzen eine hohe chemische Widerstandsfähigkeit und ein ausgeglichenes Verhältnis zwischen Steifigkeit und Funktionalität.
Bauteile aus envisionTEC R05/R11 eignen sich in idealer Weise für Design-Modelle zur Silikon- und Gummiabformung und werden für folgende Anwendungen eingesetzt: Gehäuse für elektrische Apparate, medizinische Produkte, Schnappverschlüsse, Schmuck-Produkte, Consumer-Produkte und Anwendungen im Automobilbereich.
