Das envisionTEC Y8 Harz ist insbesondere zur Herstellung von komplexen 3D-Bauteilen geeignet. Es wird auf allen Perfactory®- und Vanquish®-Systeme verarbeitet.
envisionTEC Y8 ist ein flüssiges, photoreaktives Acrylat, das vornehmlich zur Produktion von flexiblen und schlagfesten 3D-Bauteilen eingesetzt wird. Es besitzt einem weiten Verarbeitungsspielraum und kann sowohl vor als auch nachdem Bauprozess in einem großen Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsbereich eingesetzt werden.
envisionTEC Y8 ist besonders geeignet für komplexe Bauteile in Anwendungen, in denen eine hohe Flexibilität und Schlagfestigkeit entscheidende Kriterien sind. Einsatzgebiete sind z.B. Automobilbauteile, Abdeckungen für Elektronikbauteile, medizinische Produkte, Schnappverschlüsse, individuelles Verpackungsmaterial, Kunststoffflaschen u.a.
